Here’s an interesting issue. I am in a hotel using their wifi, and using a proxy (hotspotshield) for connection. I have JW installed on this computer, but only the screenshots, browser pages, and clip boards are being sent. The keylogs are set to send reports too, but no keylogs are being sent, only the other reports are being sent. Please advise how to set this so I can obtain the keystrokes too. Thank you.

That is strange. We are pulling logs from OWNER-HP to analyze the cause.
