Topic: General Discussion / Duplicate Reports I have been getting duplicate reports for months, it didn’t really matter when I was on the premium service and was allowed 100 reports, but now I’m on the standard service and at least half of my 50 reports are exact duplicates. Same info, date stamp..the works. How can I prevent duplicate report logs? Thank you. |

Topic: Feature Request / Automatic Upgrade of client software on target computer request Hi, The Client software on Windows should automatically upgrade itself. However, if the software was not installed as Administrator, or if it is running as non-administrator accounts, the software will not be able to upgrade itself. Sometimes, there are antivirus software or firewall which prevent the client software upgrade itself. Thanks, |
