Topic: General Discussion / Duplicate Reports

I have been getting duplicate reports for months, it didn’t really matter when I was on the premium service and was allowed 100 reports, but now I’m on the standard service and at least half of my 50 reports are exact duplicates. Same info, date stamp..the works. How can I prevent duplicate report logs? Thank you.

I am sorry for the problem. It seems your 05/09 payment was partially applied to previous overdue. Please do not worry, I have applied credit to your account. Even after paying monthly for the JW services on 9th may, My account shows amount due today 19th may in just 10 days!! what sort of deceiving is this??

My daughter’s tablet is no longer reporting. It has been about a month since I installed the free version and it is set up to use a mobile wifi hotspot. There have been no reports. Any ideas? Can I refresh it remotely or something?

Hi,

The Client software on Windows should automatically upgrade itself. However, if the software was not installed as Administrator, or if it is running as non-administrator accounts, the software will not be able to upgrade itself. Sometimes, there are antivirus software or firewall which prevent the client software upgrade itself.

Hi,
I have been using Juniorwatch since past few months. The experience so far is kind of neutral. This is because the reports are unavailable for certain time interval. Upon investigation, it’s revealed that the client software on target computer is outdated. In my case the target computer is accessible less often.
Therefore, I want to know whether it is possible to install client software which doesn’t require any manual upgrade? Just like ‘Install and forget’ kind of thing.

JW does support windows 8. I think your problem might be caused by one-device-limit for free account. Could you please remove the current device and install the software on the windows 8 computer?

Hi,

Sorry for late on responding your question. The “wake up interval” is the time period that a client may wake up and check the sever to see if any configuration changes or any commands from server need to be executed on client. The shorter it is, the more responsive the client is.

Still not certain regarding question above. Is this forum alive? How to contact support in case of some need? Is this forum the only way? Get one month ultimate service for few computers need these questions be answered whilce considering this for more installations and advance payments.

2. option to see all types of reports for a moment (screenshot, camera shot, key, etc.) on one page

To change computer, you need to uninstall the software on the old computer. You can do so at the device page under your account by clicking “Delete Device” button. Then you will be able to install on a new computer.
